hi friend, you are eligible for writing civil services exams as it has only two eligibility criteria stated below: 1)age between 21-30 years 2)and should be a graduate in any field. and their is also limited chances for general category that is 4 chances for OBC it is 7 chances and for sc/st it

Yes, but I think you need to select some other subject as optional.
