I am pursuing my M.Tech (Regular) and PhD (Part-time regular) simultaneously with a gap of 4 months in enrollment from different universities. Kindly suggest if I could show both the degrees if the completion dates are also different.

Yes you can show your both degrees at same time. The only thing need to take care is clearly specify the date of enrollment & completion and clearly state the mode of learning too.
