Is Maharishi valmiki national university degree of distance learning (new delhi) B.TECH MECH correspondence valid for studing in UK for automobile engg.? and is it UGC RECG?

Yes all correspondence degrees are valid but you will have to get a certificate from some Institute that u ahad taken classes from somwhere for those subjects.
