How can I get a job in HR Department if I leave a govt. job of a trainer in IT Education project which is not permanent?

I am a bba graduate.Now I am working as a trainer in a Govt. IT education project at orissa.Now I wanna leave this organisation because of not in permanent in organisation.But i wanna a job recently in HR department in any organisation.Plz give me any suggestion,how can i get the job?

Hi Nihar,
As you are a BBA graduate you definitely can get a job in HR sector. However, if you want to make a career in Human Resource, it would be better that you should go for an MBA program from a decent full time University which will not only give you a Practical Exposure but also good job opp

Hi Please do not leave current job till U get another job, As U mentioned that U had done BBA now pl plan for MBA & get it done,if U R intrested in HR then You select MBA in HR.
For New job U can register ur ID in times job & narkri.com sites, U willget e-mail on new job opening.

dear firstly make a good CV including your all experience. then you update your resume in all job site like Monster, timesjob , naukri and also take help of ur know person. BBA is not sufficent for u . so also doing MBA from correspondance collage like IMT , AMITY, MDU
