Hi, yes you can and if you have good marks in Diploma. You need to clear IELTS exam with 6-6.5 bands for admission and Visa to UK. Mostly you will get admission into 2nd year of Bachelor degree in UK and as Bachelor degrees are of total 3 years of duration, you can complete your Bachelor degree in j

If you have done 10+3 diploma you can take up BE in UK in the scond year or final year of the degree course. However your CS syllabus should match with the course you apply for.
