Hi, there is no direct course in swiss choclate and pastry production in Switzerland. You will have to pursue a regular masters degree in hotel management with a focus on swiss chocolates and pastries. Or, you can pursue a diploma in India or a crash course in India. Let me know your thoughts on thi
