pls tell me wheather i m eligible to do phd in management after doing pgdhrm from symbiosis distance learning education

Indian universities are crazy as regards recognition for PGDBM courses. They call it as post graduate but does not recognise it for Ph.D. They insist on MBA degree. If that is the case why at all they conduct PGD.. courses. They go by rule book and masters degree in the subject is required and PGDBM

i think no, b,oz for PHD u have to complete ur master degree. but pgd level courses are not equal to master degree these are diploma level courses.
