i like to improve my memory power anyone can tell me how to increases the memory power

you start doing meditation and try not to think more about the negative things do consentrate on things to get consetration power solve meths problem and in eating habbit eat sprout grains and have almaond currents and the seeds of water milon.

the only way i know to improve memory power is to increase your will power that i will and i have to.apart from that u can tryout meditation if you want to and time management will also help.

every one have good and heathy mind. so dont thing that u have not good memory power. thing positive. every successful men is born and die. i mean successful people are general man like us. the only thing is they think positive.
