i have failed p.u.c.at present studying b.com2,so will i atend the exam?

Hi,
If you are in second year of your B.Com, what I could gauge is that you must have got admission on the conditional basis to clear your P.U.C till some suggested time period, so if you are not able to do that then the University probably would not allow you to sit for your b.Com second Year's Ex
