Hi Sangeeth,
If you are looking for MS (post graduation) in Bioinformatics then University of Hamburg offers MS in Bioinformatics program. The application for a summer semester at the University of Hamburg run from 1 December to 15 January and the application of a winter semester 1 June to 15 July.
