I passed BSc pass course , 2years ,with maths, physics and electronics from CU in 1998 with 61% marks. Utkal University wants 10+2+3 for its admission in non-collegiate regular 3 years LlB . Tell me what to do. I stay in Mumbai and am working full time with sat-sun work-off. I cannot quit work.
