Degrees offered by the Off Campus Distance Learning and Collaborative programmes at BITS are academically equivalent to the on campus Degrees . May be useful for career advancement, but for fresh graduates, a regular programme may be advisable. Higher study options outside BITS will have to be searched upon

yes you will be eligible after MS program it does not matter it is regular or part time but you can not count distance course to regular course
