Go for MCA not for MSc IT.......... As you will get too much option after MCA as Giant IT companies mainly recruits MCA students because they have a project in their entire course curriculum but MSc IT they do not have any Projects in their curriculum. If you liked my answer click on thumbs up.

you can opt for any subject in management and IT. In IT there is good scope for Java(less jobs but highly paying) n ASP( more jobs in the market), maiframes (any salary is paid as this is the toughest subject and hardly ppl opt for it, lot of hard work required). If you are not sure whether to opt
