m working in telecom sector in SCM last 2 year m working on Material mangement module in SAP/R3 . I want to move in IT(HCL) sector . i m in right way ? how i improve in I.T ? or if m doing job in telecom sector then how i improve in this sector ? suggest me good advise m also Pusrsue MBA

Hi Aditya, Can put some light on your education background apart from MBA what else you have done. Are you from Science stream or Arts or Commerce? IT is a huge domain with various verticals in it like Hardware, networking, software, languages, Applications etc. so first you need to decide whether
