In case you have lost your marks card(s)then you you have to register a complaint in a nearby police station. The next step is to fill in request form and attach photo copy of your complaint and clearance . The university will verify and give you the marks sheet. Since almost all the univ'ys are displaying marks online, you can take the print out of your marks sheets and add them too as a proof. -

Collect an FIR from Bangalore police through online, stating for lost items and make an affidavit attested by a lawyer and fill the form at Pariksha Bhavan in University and submit. Pay the fee in the form of DD. There are a lot of staff, in case you need help.

i dont know act procedure of ur university. bt i can say general guidelines about it. first u have to write a letter requesting for duplicate markshit to ur examination department of the board or univresity along with xerox copies of ur marksheet, lc. or tc. registration number. 2) pay the required fees for. 3) meet the head of exam department personaly. 4) they will ask u affideite or proof or lst so u have to complaint to the police station or take an affedevite from the lawyer and within 20 to 30 days u will get ur marksheet.

Dear Murthy, You need to prepare an affidavit stating the reason of missing the Mark sheets. And you need to submit the same along with an Application for Re-issue of Mark sheet to University.
