I'm currently pursuing BSc (Computer science/Maths/Statistics) I'm hoping that my aggregate percentage will be around 55%. Will i be able to get a confirmed seat in Christ college for MCA? P.S: my percentage in Xth is 68 and in XIIth is 49.

Such things cannot be said to be confired because it also depends on what others have scored. Instead, you must focus on alternatives, incase you are not able to get into Christ college.
