hi I m doing my bcom i want to do IAS after my master i.e. MA ECONOMICS should i start preparing for it right now or am i late

Nothing is late
You can start right now and prepare on following ways:
Go through the syllabus for prelims. In General Studies you have to study following subjects at 10+2 level
Physics
Chemistry
Botany, Zoology and Life Sciences
History and Indian National movement
Geography
Economics
Political Sci
