Is an MBA from Jaro (UBI) eligible to apply for the doctorate program

After completing MBA from Jaro(UBI) will I able to apply any Doctorate level programme from institutes in India? Will indian institutes consider authenticity of this MBA? What is the current standing of this programme in the indian industry?
