I am doing MBA from National Institute of Business Management, Chennai..I know it is not recognised by UGC..Please let me know whether this MBA degree is valid in the job market

mostly companies do recruitment from recognised institutes. but dont worry if u have good skill and talent in ur fild than u will get good job. good luck
