How should one go about doing post graduation in Neurosurgery

I have finished my MBBS and internship in India and am now looking for post graduate studies in Neurosurgery. Please advise on formalities and procedures.

Dear Shruti, "IN France,if you wish to do studies in surgery then you have to repeat right from scratch i.e you will have to start your studies after Std 12th + you must pass C1 from any Alliance Francaise network accros India. "
