IT WILL BE VERY TOUGH FOR YOU TO PERSUE THIS QUALIFICATION IN CANADA AS YOUR % IN 12 TH CLASS IS LOW. IF YOU WANNA DO IT , JUST GIVE EXAM IN OCTOBER OF NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF OPEN SCHOOLING AND INCREASE YOUR PERCENAGE. 60% IS MINIMUM OR MUCH DONATION IS REQUIRED.

For an entry into engineering stream you need to have science stream in your 12th. Especially with mathematics. Unfortunately with commerce as background, I dont think you would be able to move into Engineering.. By the way.. why engineering alsomne??? Commerce is a very rewarding field in which you

Dear Martin, You can further continue your BE/Btech from canada. The only things will be you need to give Entrance Exams like GRE. Score high in it to get good colleges in Canada.

There is no bar of percentage but you have to qualify the GRE or any other related exam
