I suggest that first you get study material from some reputed institutes in Delhi such as Rau's coaching classes and try to give mock tests to enable you to evauate yourself and plan out further studies.

Hi Sandeepa, As there is no shortcut to hard work, if you want to clear IAS you have to do a lot of hard work and perseverance to clear it.
