The notification will come on 19th Feb 2011. Keep reading Rojgar samachar (Employment News). The last date of applying is 21st March 2011 and the UPSC prelims exam would be held on 12th June 2011. I hope your question is now answered completely. Please close the question if that is so.

you can start Ist of all you have to study Current affairs from jan 2010 to till now and update day by day . start genrel study book of tata macgraw hill For primly you no need to choose any subject but you have to choose subject subject for main exam i am also preparing for IAS if you want any help
