I have done my B.Sc Biotechnology in 2007.Can I pursue M.Sc biotechnology in USA or can I go to Phd in biotech in USA?

Hi,
If your degree is a 3 years degree, then you are not eligible for any of the programs for which you want to apply as the requirement in major universities in USA is a 4 year degree or equivalent.
You can target some universities in UK and Australia and can directly apply for the Masters program
