what is the new exam pattren for civils ?i saw that it was changed for aptitude for prelims and mains remains same......can any one help me how to crack this aptitude....... Is eye sight a factor for getting into IPS ?

It is a multiple choice question paper for the prelims with negative marking. Concentrate on this first through your studies and by appearing in as many mock tests as possible. Discussion with fellow students preparing for the same also helps a lot.
