Which is the best institute to study .NET in detail?

Hi All, I am an experienced .Net Developer having worked in UAE. My problem is although I have worked in .Net 2.0 applications but we did not follow the programming standards like three tier apps and did not use most of the features of .Net. So I want a institute which can teach me this things.bye.
