The minimum age is 21 years and therefore earliest you will be able to appear in this exam in May-June 2012 only. If you complete 21 years before Feb 2011 (when the form is to be filled for June 2011 exam) then perhaps you can sit in th 2011 exam also. Remember there are only 4 chances available. So

Hi Bose,
As per the eligibility criteria of the UPSC, the minimum age limit to write the UPSC exams is 21years and anyone less than this or more than 30 years is not not eligible for this exam.
I would suggest you to complete your B.tech along with this you will also be eligible for the exam.
