What is the next best option after B.Tech job or MBA/M.Tech?
I have done my B.Tech in IT and just bcos of the recession I chose to join a company as an Asst operations manager (1 yr and 8 months is already over), my job there is to look after the productions(Cables & Conductors) and maintainance.
Should I pursue for Higher studies(MBA/MTech in Electrical)

Btech is a great qualification, if you are not satisfied with your job profile you can look for new opportunities. Also its is great time for you to consider MBA if you think managing is your forte. If you wish to enhance your career in technical field MTech will only give an added advantage
