Which program should a diploma holder (automobile engg) with 4 years of experience go for to further his career prospects

I am a diploma holder in automobile Engg. after 10 2. I want to pursue a PG degree or diploma in Management which is duly recognised by a indian university or any statury body within india. Total experience is 4.5 years after diploma in manufacturing & ITES. What are other options open to me now.

Hi, If you are looking for a correspondence program, there are Universities who will accept you even with a diploma provided you have 3+ years of work experience (some Universities may ask for Managerial experience). Look for all the Open Universities like IGNOU, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University,

Dear Pradeep for PG Diploma you must be a graduate. However you can pursue Diploma in Management through IGNOU for which you need to appear and clear OPENMAT test.
