To become an IPS officer, you have to appear for Civil Services Preliminary examination first . The forms will be available 05 dec. till 05 Jan 05, 2010 and exam is scheduled for the 2nd of May. If you clear the first preliminaries, then you have to appear for the main examination based on the subje
