Which are the reputed universities abroad for someone looking at doing his Masters In Human Resource Management
I have completed my BE (Comp. Sc.) in 2003 and done a Dip in HR from Welingkar in 2007. I have an overall exp of 7 yrs of which my last 4 yrs have been in HR. I want to study further in HR in Europe or Singapore also scored 8.0 on IELTS. I prefer a Masters degree or an MBA in HR or an MBA in HR.

Rohan - MBA in HR is a good option. But you can also for MSc HRM programmes that have a professional accreditation such as with CIPD. Advantage of such a Master's program is that the subjects covered meet the accreditation body requirement.

MBA in HR is best because you have Exp in this field and you if you dont have money prob then Europe is best else Singapore....and your IELTS score is really good.....All the best...
