Hi, I have done PGDHRM from SYMBIOSIS(SCDL),Pune in 2008 and working in telecom field (Govt) with a diploma in Tele Comn and IT since 1994. Presently working as a Junior Engg level with a pay band 20,000 - 34,800. Presently loking for HR field. any suggession for starting way in this field.

As of now, you are well placed, in terms of your career. I would request you, to please have a re look, at your decision. You will have to compromise, on lot of parameters.
