I completed my part time B.Tech mechanical engg in year2010 & now age is 25. Now im planning to do my Full time M.Tech orMBA. which is best and mention the specialization for each course. After completion, I need white collar job in MNC with Rs65000/Month. (now im planning to resign my current job)

do m.tech in iit it is good for you to getting job in mnc with 65000
and you can do job in abroad if you get placed in college.
write gate exam and get good
if you want to do m.tech in mechanical it is good
