I have done BE in electronics. And currently working as a software engineer in an IT firm for last 2 years. What are the career options i should opt for? I dont want to do MBA.

Its good that you complete your BE and you are working in IT firm.
So for further education, if you not interested to do MBA, so you can try for distance education BTECH course, related to your education.
But only few university is haveing option for distance education/correspondence/par
