sir iam doing my b.tech 2nd year in electonics and communications and iam maintaining 60% average marks. by getting this percentage marks could i get any seat in this university

harvard university top university in top 10
if you want to do in this university means you should have good percentage in b.tech you should get min of 75% or 80%.
and gre min above 1400
