Now i am in job and doing distance PGDHRM program from Symbiosis but my job is not relevant with HR field.On the basis of graduation it cant get in my city.what to do?

If you want to pursue a career in HR, you have to change your job and for that it may take some time as you are not in the field you want to, but my only suggestion is that you should keep on working in the field you are in and simultaneously start looking for a job in the field of your
