Hi Tanpure, at masters level, you might have to pay full fee which varies from university to university. The living expenses also vary from city to city. But just to give you a rough idea, the fee is at times subsidized at Euro 140 - 500 per semester. Living expenses come to Euro 740 per month. Rega
