hi ,i want to do p.hd. from singhania university,rajasthan. Is this university is valid from ugc 'snew conditions,Is i need to clear net test after completing my p.hd. to get govt. job.i m so much confused about the universities,is punjab university,punjabi uni,&Singhania have same importance?

Hi,dear, the universit is valid but i want to tell you the thiing that you have to clear your cet/net if you have not regi. before 2007. panjab university is appropriate one for you.
