M.tech is best option considering you can always do part time job and engineering is a vast field with number of disciplines.

Dear Nadini, As compared with others the demand for MS from much more than any course. Even after MS from a reputed colleges like BITS Pilani, you can definitely get the Big Packages as per your dreams.
