my name rama krishna i completed b.tech in electronics and communication and M.tech in control systems which the degree specialization awarded in electrical and electronics now i want to pursue Ph.D can please suggest the best specialization area which will be helpful for me ?

You can opt for the same specialisation in your P.hD or other then that followings would be a good option.
Mechatronics
Microelectronics
Microwave and Communication
