Hi I have done my MBA in finance and I also hold a Bachelors degree in Engg in IT feild. I am currently working for a bank since the past 1& year. Can any pl suggest any course In US suitable with background I have. Duration of course being 6 months / 1year & full time.

Please go for a 1year or more programme anywhere for its credibility and now go for HRM or IR option.
