What is the possibility of doing 2nd year of MBA programme through Distance learning after doing first year through Kurukshetra Univ.?

I would like to know am i eligible to take addmission in MBA Part-2(IT) as distance learning student because i just passed out MBA Part-1 from Kurukshetra University but there is no specialization of information technology that's the reason i want to switch over university.pl suggest.
