Hi,
If you want to pursue engineering in Canada, then the cost would not be low. You should assume the cost to be somewhere in between 30,000-50,000 CAD per year.
If you are looking for very low cost engineering, you should target the country Germany. There are many public universities in Germany th

Dear Abhishesk, There are many universities in Abroad but don't go for cheapest. Choose the college based on the services and placements. Even some of the best colleges do provide you with Scholarships also.
