Hi Somenath,
Mass Comm is a very demanding and challenging course and has a lot to offer like Journalism, advertising,Marketing, PR etc.Few good colleges are IIMC, XIC, MICA etc.
But as you have asked about colleges in Mumbai or Kolkata, there are few colleges like
XIC Mumbai
K J Somaiya Mumbai

Dear Somnath, You can try for K.J.Somaiya College for Mass Communication . They have such graduation courses. And college is well known for placements too.
