CAN I COMPLETE MY ENGINEERIG IN ANY FOREIGN COUNTRY IN LESS TAN FOUR YEARS? AND CAN I GET DIRECT ADMISSION IN SECOND YEAR OF ENGINEERING IN ANY FOREIGN COLLEGE?

See whether your institute has tie ups and offer student exchange programmes with any foreign university

yes;if ur college is in autonomy,u can.the concep-t of credit accumulation has been introduced for new,u can study in foreign universities even only for 1 semester and then continue in india..only nationalised foreign universities r available for us

Yes. You can complete Engineering in many European and American Universities in less than 4 years. If you have completed Diploma in Engineering or BSc then Many universities in India as well as Abroad will allow Second Year admission directly.
