i hve completed M.Sc in 2006 in physiology from presidency college now i want to apppear 4 CAT exams,is it beneficial in my case.or its difficult 4 me...........................

Physiology has nothing to do with CAT.It would not be of much help.

Yes, CAT exam is quite difficult but you may proceed if you can afford a good coaching...
