I am Balendushekhar Mangalmurty. I am doing MCOM from IGNOU. I want to do PhD, but not from a college or university, but from an eminent institute. My MCOM will complete in June 2011 And i will definitely clear UGC NET. As I am a working professional, I can't do regular PhD. Plz suggest.
