first u have to learn tense, than read more nd more english news papers and magazines, convers in english with the person who know english very well. by such efferts u can learn easyly

just dnt get tensed Read some English books Chetan bhagats novels would help you as he writes in a youth language which is easy to understand and learn also listen to English music (country or slow not the hip-hop or loud one) also try to understand the words and its meaning wish u luck and do cho

U join a english speaking course from a good institute.U start reading books of ur interest.That will improve ur language.
