Which course can I pursue further after a MSC Psychology; MBA Hospital Administration or MPhil in Clinical Psychology?

Hi, I've done M.Sc Psychology(general) through corres from madras university. How can i proceed?? Now working with branded company! Can I take MBA Hospital Admin or MPhil in Clinical psychology?? Whr and how??
