Specializations in demand are Operations, Marketing, HR, IT/IS, Finance etc. . Besides there is provision for General MBA in some institutes which you have to search for.

I think you should go for MS course in your Bachelor degree course and after same go for job for 4 to 5 years before study further MBA. As normally best schools of MBA asking for 2 to 4 years of managerial work experie
